Position Summary:
Collect applications from IC, enroll students, and track student progress. Collect and disseminate all student deliverables to training managers. Provide administrative support to the SLP Manager. Prepare student orientation folders, attendance sheets, completion certificates, door signs, etc. Provide end of iteration assessments.
Responsibilities:
- The contractor shall support the administrative tracking of data, records management, pre and post training surveys and assessments, and assist in the evaluation of foreign language training requirements and training events for Government employees to include both individual and group training requirements and opportunities.
- The contractor shall coordinate with appropriate government staff members to ensure all language training and testing records meet auditing requirements for completeness and accuracy.
- The contractor shall administratively process training requests, including data input, processing requests for approval and payment, reviewing training forms and travel orders/vouchers for accuracy, and completion and reconciliation of receipts.
- The contractor shall monitor and record post-training proficiency levels and student feedback, and other return on investment metrics to evaluate the efficacy of various commercial or online language training venues supporting the Government.
- The contractor shall coordinate with the IC POCs to assist in the enrollment of personnel in planned iterations of training.
- The contractor shall provide assessment report within 30 days after each IC SLP training iteration end and provide an annual assessment report on the effectiveness of the IC SLP within 45 days after last training iteration in each FY.
- The contractor shall coordinate the development of advertising and marketing materials to increase awareness and participation by IC members.
- The contractor shall provide administration support to the DIA IC SLP selection board and act as the overall coordinator and facilitator in managing applications.
- The contractor shall participate in IC SLP meetings as required or as applicable as approved by the COR.
- The contractor shall provide administrative support to the ILTP Manager. The contractor shall prepare student orientation folders, attendance sheets, completion certificates, door signs, etc.
- The contractor is responsible for timely creation of ILTP advertisement for each iteration as outlined by the manager.
- The contractor shall ensure all logistic needs are met for student orientation, classrooms, and instructors to include base passes.
- The contractor is responsible for collecting and submitting security clearance requests to Site Security Officer(s) on ILTP students.
- The contractor shall manage technology requirements for training classrooms. Coordinates account enrollment for web-based training software. The contractor shall maintain reference library to include all online language learning resource and update and maintain DIA Foreign Language Training and Testing Websites.
- The contractor shall assist in daily management of language learning facilities using state-of-the-art computers and equipment; this includes understanding technology mediated learning systems, and the various computer delivered language learning tools and technologies.
- The contractor shall track and record all language reference material issuances and retrievals. Ensure all records are accurate and complete and conform to existing DIA record management policies and procedures.
- The contractor shall provide training-related and customer support metrics and assessments not later than the 15th of each month comprising previous month data.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s / 8 years of relevant experience and an associate’s / 10 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma
- Must be willing to undergo a counterintelligence polygraph
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing the latest Microsoft Office Suite.
