Position Summary:
Provides on-site supervision and subject matter expertise; assistance in documenting DIA FLPO processes and Standard Operating Procedure manuals. The Team Lead/PAR Processor will work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative on all matters relating to the activities of this SOW.. Processes proficiency pay actions, coordinates with Human Resources to score proficiency assessments of job candidates, etc.
Responsibilities:
- The contractor shall provide administrative functional support for organizing, recording, and reporting DIA FLPO and other DoD/IC foreign language meetings and forums as approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). The Contractor shall develop a conference/meeting attendance schedule in consultation with the COR that includes the intended conference or forum; names of travelers; estimated cost of travel; expected outcome or gain from attendance; number of travel days; and expected coverage of assigned duties while contract person is travelling.
- The contractor shall prepare and maintain a program management plan that identifies activities, schedules, tasks, milestones, and resources documented in narrative and/or work breakdown structure form and brief them to the COR or TTPOC within the first 30 calendar days from contract award.
- The contractor shall assist in documenting DIA FLPO processes and policies through the development of Standard Operating Procedure manuals and desk references.
- The Contractor shall attend and participate in various forums, within CONUS, related to foreign language issues as necessary and as applicable. After action reports/meeting minutes are required within five (5) calendars days after attendance.
- The contractor shall provide a monthly activity report containing all program and cost information. The format shall include the contract number, a brief task description, and the reporting period. It shall also contain staffing, cost, deliverable data, reviews of work performed, and a summary of activity accomplished by individuals in specific tasks. It may also include any significant issues, problems and resolution. The report shall be delivered by the 15th of each month for the previous calendar month’s work and as applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant experience in foreign language training/testing and a bachelor’s
- Must be willing to undergo a counterintelligence polygraph
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing the latest Microsoft Office Suite
